Community

The staff and management of the Sokil Group are strong supporters of community groups, minor sports teams, and charitable organizations.

After hearing of a client’s son’s daily struggle with cystic fibrosis, the Sokil Group came on board and fully committed to helping the foundation and families touched by CF, and we adopted Cystic Fibrosis Canada, (Western Region) as our primary corporate charity.

In 2005, Robert Sokil received the “Julia Award” in recognition of his ongoing commitment and dedication to the fight against cystic fibrosis. The Sokil Group celebrated the 20th year of involvement with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in 2010, and have been involved in many fundraising events, including the annual Run For the Lung, and actively encourages all employees, clients, and suppliers to help in the fight against cystic fibrosis.
